About Ivy Lettings We are a small letting agency with a big reputation. Established in 2009, our goal was to accommodate short stay visitors to London in a portfolio of London homes, which we personally selected for their warmth and character. The thinking was very simple: many lovely London homes lie vacant for much of the year, which should be used by discerning travellers tired of charmless and overpriced hotels. We seem to have struck a chord: to date we have accommodated several thousand guests and we're growing apace. Today our tenant base comprises tourists, business travellers and native Londoners who need short term accommodation for whatever reason.

"Smart flat in a real neighborhood"

"My wife and twenty-something daughter stayed here for six days in May and were fulfilled. The flat is "modern" including contemporary bath furnishings. The up and down took a little getting used to. Everything was clean. Washer/dryer and dishwasher included.

Given the prices for better hotels within a six-block radius, I thought that the flat was well priced. I really liked the neighborhood, chock-a-block with cafes, chemists;, pubs, dry cleaner etc. We were in what appeared to be a real neighborhood with people pushing kids in strollers, kids walking to school, etc.

The management company was helpful and extended itself, especially on the first date and our late arrival and a helpful associate who came over on a bicycle with the keys to the flat.

Our first airbnb experience, which led us to Ivy Lettings, who made us feel that they wanted our business."

"Perfect home away from home in London""

"We stayed at Palliser Rd apartment during 10 days from April 1st to April 11th 2014. The apartment is less than 2 minutes away from Baron's Court station, located really close by the Queen's Club entrance. There is a butcher with some of the best meat I have tried at 53 Palliser Rd, three convenience stores where you can get most of your groceries near the tube station, and three other bigger stores (Sainsbury's, The Cooperative Food) at less than 5-8 minutes walking distance. Communication-wise, the flat is ideally located, on Picadilly Line. The Heathrow tube line is direct from Baron's Court to Terminals 1 to 5.

The flat itself is a dream. It is composed of a ground floor where there is a very spacious living room and kitchen/dining area with access to the lovely garden, secluded and peaceful."
