Our on site facilities include seven well equipped workshop bays, MOT testing, car body repairs, diagnostic testing and general vehicle servicing. This man he is a layer , he changing the parts by used one and say it's new , and take just cash for expensive parts , and using the customer that they don't have experience, I payed too much and my car still the same , don't go there and don't trust him
The worst service I've ever seen.
He is using his customers that don't have any experience. He says that he puts new parts but he is putting the used ones. Always asking to pay by cash and never gives receipts. Asked why, and he just said something about VAT, he is trying to take as much money as he can from his customer. This man took from me more than £700 and put old parts. After few days I went to a different auto service and mechanic told me that all parts that he claimed were "new" actually were old parts. I came back to him and he denied it. He said that it's a different part that has to be changed. I paid more money, again. Went there today, he refused to touch my car, he said that he finished everything and that he will not do anything else. And the end he was shouting and he called the police, I did too. Please don't trust him. He is using customers.
