Absolutely shocking customer service. Ordered a dart board for my son, they posted me a drain blaster and expect me to post it back, drive miles to a post office, pay to park etc and won't refund me until they receive the product back! They sent the wrong item!! Customer service didn't seem to care in the slightest and wouldn't offer a solution such as Hermes collection as an alternative! AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!
